I read Steve Park's comics, and found nothing discriminatory. It may be offensive, but only to Steve Park himself. He was trying to tell a story of his experience at Evergreen, with a humorous intent.

I read an article in the newspaper that said, "(The Cartoon) was criticized for the way it portrayed blacks and Hispanics." What about the way it portrays people in general. Steve portrayed himself as a dirty, stoned, poor drunkard, living in a shitty apartment littered with beer cans, but when he makes a reference about Mexicans swatting at flies, then he is called a racist.

I don't think this is a matter of censorship, but a matter of oversensitive whiners. I think people need to lighten up.
